Timescales
All of our backdrops are made to order so please bear that in mind if you’re working towards an event date. We advise you not to take any bookings on backdrops until your order has arrived.
Most of our backdrops take 4 weeks to complete. If you have requested a bespoke design, this can take between 3 and 4 weeks to complete.
Delivery
Once your backdrop has been manufactured by our production team and reaches our dispatch centre it will be sent out using next day delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your backdrop is dispatched.
Returns
Unfortunately, as our backdrops are made to order they are non-returnable.
Payments
We currently accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments via our online store.
Cash on collection orders and BACS payments are also available. Please get in contact to discuss these options before placing an order online.
